Boxd Sports — Operational Alerts
Boxd Sports sends internal system-health alerts by text message (SMS) to a single recipient: the business owner, Salvatore DePaola, at a mobile number he provided and asked to have configured.
These alerts cover pre-game system checks and outage pages for the Boxd Sports platform. They are sent from a toll-free number owned by SavDel Capital LLC, doing business as Boxd Sports.
No customers, pool participants, or app users receive these messages. They are not marketing and are not sent to anyone who has not requested them.
The recipient can stop the alerts at any time by asking the developer to remove the number, or by replying STOP.

Recipients: Internal only. The sole recipient is the business owner, Salvatore DePaola, at his own mobile number. No consumer, customer, or third-party numbers are enrolled on this number.
How consent is obtained — sample conversation:
Developer: "I can set up text alerts so you get paged when a pre-game system check fails or a live score feed goes down. Do you want your mobile number enrolled to receive those?"
Owner: "Yes, enroll my mobile number +1 718-608-5789."
Developer: "These come from Boxd Sports at (888) 804-8713. They're operational alerts only — pre-game check results and outage pages. About 100 messages per month, only around game times. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Is that okay?"
Owner: "Yes, that's fine. Go ahead."
How consent is recorded and stored: The owner's instruction is documented in writing on this page (https://boxdsports.com/ops-alerts), which is publicly accessible and dated. The recipient number is configured server-side by the developer at the owner's request; it is not collected through any form and cannot be set by any other party.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out is honored immediately and permanently until the recipient re-enrolls by the same verbal instruction.
