BoxD Sports Terms of Use
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of BoxD Sports (“BoxD Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a mobile application and website for organizing and tracking sports pools using points. BoxD Sports is the public name of the product. The company that operates BoxD Sports is SavDel Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By creating an account or using BoxD Sports, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BoxD Sports.
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace that policy.
1. What BoxD Sports Is
BoxD Sports is a sports-pool tracking and entertainment platform. It helps organizers set up boards, add participants, draw numbers, record picks, and track winners and status — all expressed as points or status inside the product.
BoxD Sports:
- does not accept wagers;
- does not hold participant funds;
- does not transfer money between participants;
- is not a sportsbook; and
- is not a participant-to-participant payment service.
The Points Tracker and similar screens are tracking displays only. Points in BoxD Sports have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn through the product. BoxD Sports does not collect, hold, or distribute anything of real-world value between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BoxD Sports. By using BoxD Sports, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
- You may delete your account in the app: Settings → Login & Security → Delete account. You must delete any pools you own first. Deleting your account removes your login and personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Pools you joined as a participant can remain for the other members, with your account unlinked from those seats. If you cannot use the in-app flow, contact us at the email below.
4. Pools Are Organizer-Run
BoxD Sports provides the tracking software. Pools are created and run by organizers. A pool’s invitations, house rules, who is on the board, and how that group treats any arrangement outside the app are the organizer’s responsibility. BoxD Sports is not a party to any pool and does not administer private prize arrangements or guarantee that anyone will pay an outside obligation.
BoxD Sports connects pools to real-game score data. Free organizers enter official scores and results themselves. Pool Pro provides automatic scoring. Free season-long pools may use the first game or week and require Pool Pro to continue. Manual organizer controls remain available. Displayed scores, clocks, and winner marks are a convenience of the software. BoxD Sports does not warrant that they are complete or error-free.
Any real-world arrangement between participants is solely between those people and is not made, facilitated, held, or settled through BoxD Sports. BoxD Sports only displays points and status. It does not move, collect, or manage anything of real-world value between users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BoxD Sports to:
- break any law, or use BoxD Sports for any unlawful gambling or real-money wagering;
- post, upload, or display content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
- harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm another user;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with BoxD Sports.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Pool owners can remove participants from their pools. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms — and you can report objectionable content or users to us at the email below.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you create in BoxD Sports (such as pool names, box names, and notes). You grant BoxD Sports a limited license to store and display that content so the product can operate — for example, showing your box name on a board. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Paid Subscriptions
Some BoxD Sports features are paid software subscriptions. They unlock product features (for example, more organizer capacity or participant live-game views). They are not wagers, pot shares, or a way to move money between pool members.
When the iPhone and Android apps are available, native-app purchases will go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. On the website, checkout is handled by Stripe. The amount you pay is the price shown at purchase or checkout for your store or billing account — including tax where the store adds it. We do not invent a price in these Terms that differs from that screen.
VIP is an optional participant subscription for live-game features in the app. In the product it is offered as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. When store prices have not loaded, the app’s fallback display is $1.99 per month and $9.99 per year. You pay the price the App Store, Google Play, or web checkout shows at the time you subscribe.
A 30-day VIP trial can start when you first have a claimed box in a live game — not when you create an account. It does not restart after it ends. If your first live game is the Super Bowl, the product may grant a limited Super Bowl preview instead of that 30-day trial. Organizers on Pool Pro or Founding Commish already include VIP access, so a separate VIP trial is not started for them.
Pool Pro is an optional organizer subscription (unlimited active pools on that plan, plus VIP access while Pool Pro is active). In the product it is offered as a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Monthly fallback display is $5.99 per month. Yearly display in marketing and on web checkout is $49 per year; the native in-app catalog fallback is $49.99 per year. Because those figures differ, these Terms do not pick one: you pay the yearly amount shown at purchase in the App Store, Google Play, or on the web checkout page.
Founding Commish is a qualifying organizer program, not a separate store SKU. Qualifying founders receive Pool Pro (including VIP access) under that program as presented at signup — currently Season 1 promotional access, then a locked $49/year price for life as stated on the Founding page. Program details, duration, and billing after the promo are those shown in the Founding offer, not a second set of terms invented here.
Paid plans that auto-renew are billed by Apple, Google, or Stripe on the interval you chose until you cancel. Cancel a store subscription in your Apple or Google account settings (the app also offers Restore purchases on store builds). Cancel a website subscription from Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal). Refunds, billing disputes, and unused-time credits are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe under their policies. BoxD Sports does not store your full card number and does not process card refunds itself.
We may add, change, or stop offering a paid feature. If a listed plan is not available in your store yet, it is a paid software feature sold through the app stores or website when that store listing is live.
8. Service Availability & Changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may limit or discontinue BoxD Sports at any time. We aim to keep BoxD Sports running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers
BoxD Sports is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that BoxD Sports will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that scores, clocks, picks, or results tracked in the product are accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxD Sports and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — BoxD Sports, including any dispute or arrangement between pool participants. BoxD Sports handles points and status only and is not responsible for anything of real-world value exchanged between users outside the product.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BoxD Sports if you violate these Terms or use BoxD Sports in a way that could harm others or the service. You may stop using BoxD Sports and delete your account at any time as described above. Ending your BoxD Sports account does not by itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google, or Stripe; you still need to cancel that billing in the store or portal that charges you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of BoxD Sports after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
