BoxD Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BoxD ("BoxD," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application for organizing and tracking sports pools using points. BoxD is operated by SavDel Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By creating an account or using BoxD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BoxD.
1. What BoxD Is
BoxD is an entertainment and organizing tool. It helps a pool organizer set up a board, add participants, draw numbers, and track winners — all expressed in points only. BoxD runs entirely on points, for fun, never for real-world stakes. BoxD is not a gambling service and does not collect, hold, distribute, or process anything of real-world value. Points in BoxD have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BoxD. By using BoxD, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Pools Are Organizer-Run
BoxD is a tracking tool, not a party to any pool. A pool's rules, invitations, results, and any decisions about it are the organizer's responsibility. BoxD does not run pools, does not verify results, and is not responsible for how any organizer or participant conducts a pool.
Any real-world arrangement between participants is solely between those people and is not made, facilitated, held, or tracked through BoxD. BoxD only displays points and does not move, collect, or manage anything of real-world value between users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BoxD to:
- break any law, or use BoxD for any unlawful gambling or real-money wagering;
- post, upload, or display content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm another user;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with BoxD.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Pool owners can remove participants from their pools. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms — and you can report objectionable content or users to us at the email below, which we will act on.
6. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you create in BoxD (such as pool names, box names, and notes). You grant BoxD a limited license to store and display that content within the app so it can operate — for example, showing your box name on a board. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.
7. Service Availability & Changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may limit or discontinue BoxD at any time. We aim to keep BoxD running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers
BoxD is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that BoxD will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results tracked in the app are accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoxD and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of — or inability to use — BoxD, including any dispute or arrangement between pool participants. BoxD handles points only and is not responsible for anything of real-world value exchanged between users outside the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BoxD if you violate these Terms or use BoxD in a way that could harm others or the service. You may stop using BoxD and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of BoxD after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
