Pick’em

Pick home or away on the NFL slate each week against the contest line (ATS). Everything is points only — BoxD never handles money.

Pick’em is its own format — no 10×10 box board. You get a weekly pick screen, standings, a picks board matrix, multi-entry, and a prize sheet you configure in points.

For the owner — create & configure

1. Create. Tap + New PoolPick’em. Name the pool, set entry points (tracking only), and any notes for house rules.

2. Slate (NFL). Choose how much of the season you’re running:

When you create, BoxD seeds the schedule from the NFL slate so you’re not typing every matchup by hand. Contest lines (spreads) feed in for ATS grading; owners can still adjust lines before they freeze.

3. How picks score (ATS). New pools default to against the spread: a correct pick must cover the contest line. An exact margin is a push (no points). You can still choose pick winners vs pick losers as the style of pick.

4. Scoring mode (confidence). Choose how correct picks earn points:

Push or miss always scores 0. Ranking only multiplies correct covers.

5. Picks per week (when not forced by Top 3 / Top 5).

6. Prizes (points only). On create (and edit, until things lock), open the prize structure:

The prize sheet shows those lines in points. BoxD records who was awarded what for display — it never moves points between people.

7. Multi-entry. Players can hold more than one entry under the same account (you set a max, or unlimited). Each entry has its own picks and standings line. New entries are allowed until the entry lock (below).

Running the season

8. Making picks. Players open Make Picks, choose home or away per game (and ranks when the scoring mode needs them), and switch entries at the top if they have more than one. Each game locks at its own kickoff.

9. Picks Board. The Picks Board is a matrix of everyone’s picks for a week. Your own picks are always visible to you. Other people’s picks for a game show after that game has kicked off, is final, or is graded.

10. Standings. Weekly and season standings list every entry and its points for that scoring mode.

11. Entry lock. Once any game on the slate has kicked off, no new entries can be added. Get multi-entries set before that first kickoff.

12. Grading. When games finish, BoxD can auto-grade picks from final scores and contest lines. Owners can still fix results if something looks wrong.

What BoxD does not do

For entertainment purposes only. BoxD Sports organizes and manages your pool — it does not collect, hold, or transfer money or anything of monetary value.
